Roadside Assistance:
- WALKAWAY Protection
A unique, one-of-a-kind program that allows you to return your vehicle and walk away from negative equity under several life changing circumstances.
- Towing Assistance
When necessary, your vehicle will be towed to the nearest service facility or any location requested. Towing is provided for mechanical breakdown, accident and extrication.
- Battery Service
If a battery failure occurs, a jump-start will be applied to start your vehicle.
- Flat Tire Assistance
Service consists of removal of the flat tire and replacement with a spare tire.
- Fuel
An emergency supply of up to 3 gallons of fuel will be delivered at no additional cost.
- Oil, Fluid and Water Delivery Service
An emergency supply of oil, fluid and water will be delivered if you are in immediate need.
- Lockout Assistance
If your keys are locked inside of the vehicle, we will provide assistance in gaining entry to the vehicle.
- Key Replacement Warranty
Just like it sounds, if you lose your key, we'll replace it, including key fobs.

- Engine Group - All internal lubricated parts; engine block; engine head(s);exhaust manifold;expansion plugs; intake manifold; mounts; oil pan; timing belt or chain; and valve cover(s).
- Transmission Group (Including transfer case if 4-Wheel Drive) - All internal lubricated parts within the transmission and transfer case; cooler lines (metal); mounts; throttle valve cable; torque converter; transmission and transfer case housings; and vacuum modulator.
- Drive Axle (2-Wheel Drive) - Drive shaft, ring and pinion gears, pinion bearings side carrier bearings, carrier assembly, thrust washers, axle and axle bearing; Universal and CV joints, except if boot is torn or missing. Drive axle housing is also covered if damage is caused by breakdown of listed lubricated parts.
- Drive Axle (4-Wheel and All Wheel Drive) - (Only covered when applicable surcharge has been paid): Drive shaft, ring and pinion gears, pinion bearings, side carrier bearings, carrier assembly, thrust washers, axle and axle bearings (Drive axle housing is also covered if damage is caused by a breakdown of listed lubricated parts); Universal and CV joints, except if boot is torn or missing.
